The ways and routes that unwind along theZoldoValleyare numerous and adapted to every level of preparation, from simple routes to that of the more difficult high mountain steeps.
The footpaths of the valley offer the possibility to enjoy pleasurable walks, all information well signed in leaflets, or handouts with maps and description, available at the touristic office. The footpaths ofZoldoValleypresent an emotional adventure, in the most marvelous places, the splendidlakeofFertazeor Piridei, the roads of hay or through typical villages, hay lofts of the villages and the residential mines.
The very famous Alta Via n.1 colligates Braies lake with Belluno, very frequented and popular by mountain lovers and excursionists in altitude where you would find Pelmo, Nuvolau, andCivettaMountains, the true jewel of the Natural Heritage of Unesco. The Alta Via n.3, instead conserves a wild and natural fascination of the Veneto Alpi, perhaps the most beautiful amongst the high mountain routes, not frequented very often until now, colligates Vllabassa with Longerone.
The Dolomite with it’s majestic and most famous mountain tops offers the possibilities for marvelous and exciting excursions, towards Rifugi Vazzoler and Tissi,ColdaiLakewhich is more than 2000 metres, or a complete tour which embraces Pelmo, or Civetta or the more difficult belayed roads for the more expert excursionists.
